Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless:

The item arrives damaged or defective.

The wrong item was shipped.

Once your refund is approved, we will process it within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If your item is defective or incorrect, we will provide a replacement.
Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
