Refund Policy

At True North Prints, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you have any issues with your order, we’re here to help.

Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless:

    • The item arrives damaged or defective.

    • The wrong item was shipped.
       

  • If your order qualifies for a refund, please contact us at [Your Contact Email] within 14 days of receiving your order. To process your request, include:

    • Your order number.

    • A description of the issue.

    • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
       

  • Once your refund is approved, we will process it within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
     

Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges. If your item is defective or incorrect, we will provide a replacement.
     

Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
     

Shipping Issues

  • If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
